yess..larian SAF is d topic...huhu..suppose this run was held on 2nd aug but bciz of D H1N1 Stuff..it being postponed to 8th AUG..so..for this event i'm not so ready with lack of training..reach stadium at 7.15 s aizudin promise to meet me at 7.30...but then till 7.45 i havent c him...cet!!ok then..i met ASIF..nmpak begitu bersemangat!!!hahaha..then met other URC club members..as stated, this event suppose to start on 7.30..[konon nye laaa]..tp..it is started on 9 am...

on 9 am the weather is already HOT!!!i hate running bile hari da panas...aaarggh!!!!whatever...so the URC members conquer d front line of starting point...fizi act as d photgrapher dat day coz he'sinjured n xle nk berlari....nevermind..then, mase yg ditunggu2 tibe...as the race started, evryone is running as fast as they could...hmm..hebatnye..da sprint awl2..ingt ni 1km je ke?? whatever laa..

so i keep running...running wif my mp3 wif my own pace...UiTM have too many hill..hate it!!!

when it is down d hill, i run n maintain non stop running..i try my best to be in d top 20's..hopefully i achieved my target today...there were 6 hills if im not mistaken n d day getting hot!!argh...i can feel my face burnin'...i keep running n when it is near to finishing line, i saw my buddy,put...wearing her commander uniform..supporting me...hahaha..thanx buddy!!!finish race, so i get no 12...ok laa..

after finish..met other URC members...many URC members conquer d race..anyway, congrats to ASIF n SUFINAH coz win this race..i already contribute 20points to my faculty n im proud of myself..

salam everyone...lame da xupdate blog ni...hmmm...suddenly while do my work..my assignment..feels like wanna write sumthing in my blog..yeah...the topic is...ADIDAS KING OF THE ROAD..im participate in 11km jerr....but seriously, im really feel lucky coz i had bad fever...so..lucky me i didnt participate in 22km...huhu...

on friday, i feel my body feel something wrong..sengal2..rase xbes..hmm..hopefully this sickness is juz 4 a while..but as a result...i feel very bad...my body temperature getting hot n i only depends on paracetamol yg ade...i was left alone coz my family balik kampong...huhu...xlratnye...aft taking medicine, im sweating..but i feel weak...not as when im ok..xbes2...

saturday .. wake up...still not ok...i try to do some works so that im sweating..but then...my head spinning...n all i can do is lay on d bed...cant sleep coz my body rs xbest...sengal2...headache..argh!!!sunday ade evnt...cmne ni...that nyte went to put's room coz im going to d event with URC..dat nyte my body temperature is high...im shaking..i feel like burning..sleep early dat nyte coz i really wanna run tomorow...please!!!

hmm..its already 5 am..i wake up...i had shower to reduce temperature of my body..prepare myself..n walk to pusat sukan wif put...i ate paracetamol once again...hoping dat i can stand for another hour only for this race...bus dtg lmbt...hmmm..naseb la 11km stat kol 7..

reach shah alam stdium, 22km race already started ok...kesian for URC members yg took part in this race...Klam kbot...hmm...getting ready for my race...im sweating a lot but body not ok coz im feeling weak..m i take d rite decision to run even i had fever???hmm...lastly i make my decision...i wanna run...huhu...merbahaye..this is 11km not 1km ok...

i feel sad coz actually i target for medal n improve my timing...hmmm..sad

i keep running...running..running...n when it is near to stadium i run s fast s i could...wanna finish this race coz i cant stand it anymore...feels like wanna vomit..n collapse..reach the finishing line..i feel my world is spinning around n i cant walk properly..luckily syafiq waiting for me..n guide me to walk...thanx god i finished this race without any complication.

after having a walk, suddenly there is one man on d stretcher...d man collapsed n nmpak trok...huh....seram..naseb xjd cmtu..as usual, while waiting for the 22km participants, i take photos for URC members..it was raining heavily after that..

on monday, i read URC blog...sumone is finding her fren..her fren missing...hmm..ilang la pulak...cmne ni..but then..she mentioned that her fren wearing basketball shoe juz d same shoe the man on d stretcher wear..hmmm...after that edan told me that d missing fren already dead...

gile terkejot....rupenye, d missing fren is d man on d strecther i saw before...owh..suddenly..rase seramm...

hmm..nothing to say...juz...sad wif my condition yg dmam plak...aduhaiii...reach home...im very weak...lay on d bed...headache!!!neway..congrats to all runners who manage to get medal n finish d race...n also congrats to syafiq coz manage to finish d race..i know u can do it...

aizuddin kuat bebel...whoopsie..")

huhu...juz recover from injuries of half marathon..this week on 12th july i'm joining one more event at the same venue...MERDEKA SQUARE...[mcm bosan plak asek lari kt sini..huhuhu]..

This event is 7.5 km...

hmm...i had lack of training...not enuff tyme...im bz preparing proposal for my thesis..n havin problem in registration...uuu~ at first..i tot dat i cant join this..but then aizuddin tell me that he register me n my buddy to this event..hehehe

hmm..lets start d story...as usual..i run wif my mp3...d first song is...WE WILL ROCK U-5ive..[da lame da lagu ni..tp give me spirit]...i juz maintain d pace..saw mun..i left my buddy behind...suddenly i felt so tired...n rase nk pitam. rase meremang...haish...nape plak ni..

then i walk as fast as i could n my jari kaki rs kebas..i never felt this thing before..i wonder why..i had breakfst today compared to before i never had breakfast before running..huuuh...after having a fast walk..so i started to run..keep running sejauh yg mungkin..this is what i get coz lack of traing and i remember what aizuddin had bebel to me.."aku ajak training xnk..."hhuhu...

my fault...

hmm...look like i cant improve my records..ciSSS....so..i walk n run...walk..run...walk..run..i know i can do better than this if i get enuff training...but...doesnt matter..juz focus on dis race..one more factor is i drink ice drink...xjage mkn....hmmm...pdn muke!!!

then...i reached the finishing line...so tired...n i feel weak..after walking a lil bit..then i feel ok..

as usual..as d club photographer..take pics of everyone..hmm...i told aizuddin bout me yg nk pitam..then he start to membebel..."tu la ko..ajak training xnk ikot.."huhu...i juz smiling...yela2..aft this i'll train myself laaa...already learn from the past..thanx aizuddin coz keep forcing me to train myself for my own sake..thanx again.. im quite jealous for those who get d medal..huhuhu...nk wat cmne...argh!!!!

so....d lessons here are:

-keep train myself consistently...

-try to find tyme to train myself

-i can do better than this...i knew it..

haLf MArAThon??? ITs NOt impoSSiBLe!!!

hmm...at first..i am excited to try this half marathon when URC [UiTM Runners Club] expose about this race a months ago..so i gave my name n with full of confidence register my name to half marathon event...i tot...when it is holiday, i got tymes to train myself for this event...my buddy, puteri also took part in this event...i am very happy..hehe

but then...when it is holiday...i didn't train myself as what i've planned before...i am too bz to do so..even no tyme for a jog!! i got many stuff to do..family matters n etc..

because of this..i've been worried about the half marathon..i still thinking either want to run or not...tmbah plak with the h1N1 things...this mrathon is an international event..so..huhu..takot kene jangkit!!!

my buddy feel d same too...lack of training make her not so confidence to run..till 25th june..i still can't decide nk lari ke xnk..owh~hard to decide...oh my..oh my..

lastly...me n my buddy decided to run n try our best coz for us if we didnt try then how we will know that we can do it or not..

28th morning we arrived at masjid negara as early as 4am..ni sume sbb tkot jln tutop..n worried there will be no parking...lucky for us..naseb ade parking..

after dat, on 6.10am i go at the starting line...ramai gile org!!!! there are people who already sweating like they already have their half marathon..huhu...then 6.15..the time comes..i run with my buddy...full of sprit n keep reminding and supporting each other that we can do it n finish d race!!!

while running nas cut me...then ilie n azrey cut me...then din and falah cut me..i didn't feel anything coz for me.. dorang mmg da hebat...i juz keep maintain my pace...as usual i run with my mp3..first song..BOOM BOOM POW from Black Eye Peas..like it n make me wanna run as faster as i could..huhuhu...

run..run..run..i stop at every water station...seriously i feel so thirsty..n i need water..aft drink i feel fresh n get some energy...tibe2 rase nk urinate plak..ciSSS...kacau plak...but lucky me...d feeling decreased as i run..

1okm already passed..my timing decreased...nothing happen to my kaki...coz when i run i walk for a while coz i dont wanna push my foot coz i have 10km to go..

when it is 12 km..i started to feel pain on my foot...what make things worst is..my right foot CRAMP!!!i'm very upset at this moment..then i feel relieved coz my right foot is already ok..

a minutes later my left foot started to cramp too..wtf..

this tyme i have to walk..i cant run at all...im sad at this point..just hoping i can finish this race...pleaseee...

then, i force myself to run..wow..what a great pain!!!!huhuhu....i cant stand it!! at one point what i think is juz stop...n sit..but my spirit overcome everything...i want to finish this race..only a km to dataran merdeka...i meet my buddy again..so..we run, walk together..we found asif sitting..i wonder why...xdgr die ckp ape coz my mp3 is too loud..hehhe...

suddenly, both of my foot cramp...o gosh...my buddy keep saying sket lg..so i force myself to run till the finshing line..n ..i made it!!!

i feel so relieved..congrats to my buddy n to myself!!! this is d proof where d sprit overcome evrything..if u wanna do it, then u can make it..impossible is nothing..juz do it...

morale of this entry: half marathon is enjoyable, u can do it if ur full of sprit n u want to do so..after this i must train myself...improve my timing..huhhu...gud luck to me..any suggestion to improve myself???

hmmm..dis holiday i have to...[sukeati nk amik ke x..tp..mcm rase kene amik..haha]...follow this course..microsoft SQL Server course..sumthing like database n such things...untung2 bole jd database admin..yeah..like it..*wink*wink*

for my course..this SQL stuff..only took 14 days compared to other courses such as comptiA, ORACLE..n other..the tyme is quite long..lucky me..my course only for two weeks..it depnds on u..which course u want when u register..so..as i so into database..i take this Microsoft SQL course..

learn new things from microsoft...its easy...the wizards make the process of insert the data and its secured..cet..promote microsoft plak..

so..everyday started on err...18th may..i have to attend this course class as early 9 am till 5pm..can u imagine????tired...exhausted...wuhuuu...learn...learn...learn...nonstop..only stop for lunch...huh..TEPU!!! then..if u lost one step while implemeneting the steps..u'll totally lost untill start the new chapter..haha..

me???not soo serious..sometyme i juz maen2 dlm klas wif my classmate izzati..huu...checkin up my facebook..n other..hahaha...notty me

when we started the second modul..we have to install evrything..d prob is..the disk space is not enuff..its really annoying when evrytime i want to install d application..i can't coz of the disk space problem..i have to find whatver unused..not important..juz delete it to give space for d installation process...duh~

then start the third modul..juz for 3days..then we have to prepare for d exam..ooo mi gosh!!EXAM!!!dunno wether i'll pass d exam or not..scared!!! tu laa...maen2 je dlm klas

so..the trainer give us some qusetion for us to do...whoaa...d question is...HARD!!!!DIFFICULT!!

perghh...d procedure ketat btoll..cm nk amik exam pe je..ciss..u are separated form ur fren, so u'll sit beside sumone u didn't know..huh..but lucky me..i sit besides my fren..izzati..haha...

it was so cold in d room...can't stand...otak kebas..tgn kebass...xle nk pk...there were 65 questions...n d passing score is 800...haha..cmne kire tah..daMn!!! d PC monitor is blinking...saket mate!!!!huhu...i'm sleepy while doing d questions..

i did d question sambil bertawakal..n had no feelings on it...finish answer all d questionss...so..i click on d end exam...d result comin out...guess what...

I passed d EXAM!!! with score 933 over 1000..yeay!!!!ingtkan cukop2 mkn jee...lebih mkn rupenye...hehehe...so i get out from d exam room with happy heart...hehe...after this i just wait for d MICROSOFT certificate signed by BILL GATES..huhu..bangge plak..bukan sng nk dpt cert tu..if u take this course outside..it'll cost u about thousand...i'm not quite sure..but it is EXPENSIVE!!congrats to me...
