taun lpas aku berehat dr participate in SCKLM 2010...tp taun ni da xdpt thn diri PLUS aku da lame xberlari, mencabar diri utk RUNNING, GASPING FOR AIR...tp taun ni masok 1OKM je...compared to 2009 mmg xbole blah masok 21KM...tp tu sume pglmn....rase puas bile dpt abeskan....kt grisan pnamat rase happy gile coz i made it!!!

pagi2 da grak pegi datarn merdeka....kol 4.30 da smpai dtaran merdeka...gile bersmgt!!!! teringat mase dgn URC [UiTM Runners Club] dulu...gerak same2..pepagi bute....satu bus....sharing the same feelin', the same passion....

dgn pnjage beg a.k.a zahlaha

aku angkot ousemate aku ikot skali tlg jage beg aku, amik pics aku..hehehe...thanx zahlaha!!! then roger2 buddy aku jumpe di mane, kitorang grak skli pegi ke starting line which is at JLN PARLIMEN..ramai btol org kali ni..dgn baju ijau tue yg agak bruk tu...aku xpkai pon...hahahah.....reach @jln parlimen kol 6.30....punyela lame nk tunggu kol 7 start lari.....at last....pkol 7 pon tibe.....dgn cuace yg mendong....nk ujan...dpt rase titis2 ujan cket...aku sgt gembire dgn suasane cmtu....cool utk running....nyaman sgt!!!!mcm baise running with muxic...lagu first for this time is LIKE a G6...hahaha...gempak...

this time, agak saiko la...sbb every 1 km ade signboard indicates that da bape KM ko berlari....klo dulu every 5km baru ade signboard....ni stiap km ade signboard....rase mcm da jauh berlari..pdhal baru 3KM...hahaha....troskan!!!! 

kli ni mmg ramai sbb kdg2 aku nk move forward pon tersekat dgn org....mmg ramai sgt....aku berlari...berlari....dgn motif nk abeskan ikot timing yg aku da plan....1.5hrs or less than that.... tu target...yela..nk target lebey2 xbole..sbb aku sdar xde trening ape jadah pon....cume aritu je la FUN RUN yg 5KM tu...tu je aa....hampasss btol!!!!

cume aku perasan byk buang mase ade satu tmpat yg bukit agak tinggi..aku cm save kaki utk lari aft bukit tu...mmg lmbt sgt....tu la wat timing aku terjejas cket...haish....utk every drinking station aku cume minom mase last drinking station, agak2 dkt nk smpai dtran merdeka...dlm 2KM lg cmtu....ms tu da start panas...aku cume nk abeskan cpt running ni....

area2 dkt dtran merdeka lebey kurang 1KM...ramai supporters...motivates runner abeskan race.....n bbrp meter to fnishing line aku da xbuang mase...tros pcot slagi walopon kaki da tgang gile.....and lastly i made it to the finishing line.

dgn time yg suam2 kuku, aku xpuas ati sbnarnye ngn timing aku...tp yela..what do u expect....no training....cmno nk improve....[maki2 diri sdiri]...tp still..ok la sbb ape yg aku plan..dpt achieve...

 

balik2...kaki agak cacat coz xproper cooling down...heh...pdn muke kao....tp puas hati dgn diri aku...IMPOSSIBLE IS NOTHING!!!

and owh ye...congrats to edan syah....coz berjaye menjadi  10km men open winne....congrats!!!!

ok...masok bhgn isi: me n yatie knal since 2006...bile same2 masok UiTM...kwn till now cume skrg jrang hang out...kawn..gadoh..nanges...masam2 muke...rase nk lmpang2...rase nk cium..pluk2...itu perkare biase spjg kitorang kawan....dat thing yg wat owh~ I SYG KAMU k....so...forget me not!!! kpd NANART+IZZATI+MUHASSANAH...jgn salah anggap...kamu juge begitu di hati sy....hehehe....rindu owh mase dolu2..

satuRday liFe

2 minggu lpas..byk bnde jadi....house mate lost her car at office....setel everything but till now, her car xjumpe2 lg...mmg bodo pencuri tu....aku doakn si pencuri itu dpt blsn yg setimpal di kendian hari...

last week my lappy got some problem....this week everything IS ok again..got some time to update this thingy...PLUS...xbalik shah alam as TOMORROW ade event which is SCKLM...so just stay at bukit jalil...

this time i just participate in 10km event....gile ape nk masok half marathon mcm 2009 dulu...ms tu performance ok...kli ni mcm haram j je...aku xde trening ape2 pon...esok ibarat aku berlari mcm jogging pg2....tp 10km...huhuhu...

SCKLM???every year mmg ade....cume last year i didn't participate coz  i dunno why...awesome..this time as scope international staff i can participate for FREE..yeay!!! benefits of being standard chartered staff huh?

However, since me myself is not really familiar with jln2 KL nih....hmm..cmne nk g DTRN MERDEKA esok??? so..today...gonna find a way there with my housemate.. esok..xtau la nk kua kol bape since 4 am jln sume da tutup...

racepack pon baru nk amik ni haa....pastu g cr jln...nyte..prepare my running stuff...morning....run!!!yeah...

this tyme...i run with my new running shoe...new ipod...yeah!!!! bersemangat sket nk lari....cume...running attire je xbeli2 yg baru....grrr~susa nk jmpe baju lngan pjg yg mcm akua de skrg......

En syafiq xdpt nk join coz die ade bnde yg lbey penting utk beliau....his future....so..next time die bole join lg...tp event ni mmg die nk join sgt2 since dulu lg...tp nk wat cmne....xde rejeki...

ok then...wanna go to collect the racepack....finding ways to dtrn merdeka....tlg la doakan aku dpt mencri jln pergi + pulang...
